Blondies Kitchen Baileys Cookie Dough Ice Pops

We teamed up with Baileys to create our delish creamy ice pops. We use our signature cookie dough but you can buy it from supermarkets or make your own! Use pasteurised eggs or keep your dough egg free as its served raw. Ingredients 500ml full fat Greek/natural yoghurt 375g can condensed milk 100ml Baileys Chocolate Luxe 100g cocoa powder 250g raw cookie dough, chopped into chunks You will also need: 8-10 lollipop sticks 8-10 lollipop moulds (we used ones from Lakeland.co.uk) Method Mix the yoghurt with the condensed milk in a large bowl.
